English

This half term we are focusing on 'Journey' by Aaron Becker. This is a brilliant picture book which gives children the freedom to use their inference skills throughout the story. It allows children to be imaginative and creative with their writing.

  • Please encourage your child to read a range of varied texts which should include their class reading book. Children should read at least 3 times a week. Please complete their reading record to evidence that they have read at home. We have recently introduced our new reading reward.
