Day care and Pre-Nursery 2020 - 2021

Mrs Cooke

Anyone eligible for 30 hour funding should now have reconfirmed their codes. Please reconfirm your codes ASAP if you haven't already done so, as this will affect your eligibility to the 30 hour provision. Anyone wishing to access the 30 hour provision for the spring term 2021 will need to have a valid code prior to 31st December 2020. If you have applied early for your code, you must reconfirm it before your child can access the 30 hour provision in January. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact Mrs Baker (Office Manager) either via phone or the school email. 01744 648700   Thank you, Mrs Cooke

Please remember to send your child in with an appropriate coat, hat and gloves for the autumn/winter weather. We have free-flow sessions which means that children can access our outdoor provision at all times. We encourage the children to be 'weather warriors' and enjoy all weathers that nature can throw our way!

Here at Sutton Manor Primary, we understand that this pandemic is creating many challenges within our community. The NSPCC website is full of useful advice and resources dealing with family mental health issues in everyday life during the Covid 19 pandemic. Have a browse through the Action for Children website for links to national helplines and organisations who provide general support to children as well as adults.

Reading Well for Children is a useful list of recommended books to promote well-being and mental health with books.

The NHS Change 4 Life website has some excellent resources on eating healthily and cost-effective recipes that are suitable for families.
